Earlier this summer, Preston made threats to kill Kenosha DA Mike Graveley. It was determined through GPS that Preston at one time was just outside of Graveley’s home. Preston said “I’m worried about Graveley’s life tomorrow with all the fireworks around, the address being public” and “Enjoy your last white boy summers. You want to know who the fuck this is Graveley? This is your fucking worst goddamn nightmare. You want to ruin my life Graveley? Go hide bitch, go hide. Fuck you Graveley, you’re dead meat papa” and “The Kenosha DA (Graveley) is going to be shot in the street tonight.” It was learned that Preston was later in Madison and police were dispatched to a hotel to check on Preston’s well-being – he was armed with a knife and two hand-made shanks. He was arrested and charged. He was eventually convicted and given three years of probation. He also received an imposed and stayed sentence of two years of state prison and three years of extended supervision. On August 9, 2022, he was placed on a probation hold, but was released 10 days later. The probation office is considered to be very weak on crime in Kenosha County, even by prosecutors.

According to police and prosecutors, Preston made some threats to DA Graveley again. He posted “GRAVELEY DIES TONIGHT Inshallah” (Ishallah means ‘if allah wills it’) on Facebook and a video of himself talking about the DA. He also made statements about “killing Harvey Dent.” Harvey dent is a fictional character who is the DA of Gotham in the Batman comics and movies. He also posted on twitter “if the DA is still in office by dec 11, I die. If he is still in office by Dec 25 he dies by New Year’s eve.”

In court today, Racine prosecutor Chris Steenrod asked for a $7,500 bail, saying that he doesn’t believe Preston will appear in court in the future. He told Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner Loren Keating that Preston took off his GPS ankle monitor and fled the state, taking a train to New York to visit a relative. He was captured in Toledo, OH. Officers made contact with Preston who said he wasn’t coming back to Wisconsin until his probation was over.

Preston’s attorney asked the court for a small cash bond, saying that the corrections system failed Preston by not offering treatment for his untreated and diagnosed mental health illness.

Commissioner Keating ordered a $7,500 cash bail for Preston.

Preston posted on Facebook that he had moved to Los Angeles, perhaps to throw police off of his scent. If Preston is convicted, he faces 12 years in the Wisconsin State Prison System. He also faces two years in prison if the previous judge decides to revoke his probation, since he allegedly violated the conditions. He is due in court on November 4, 2022, for a preliminary hearing. 1. Thanks! Sad that it has to be spelled out. Found you during Rittenhouse trial and am big fan of yours up here in Wind Point. Cheers Kevin.

  1. Only $7500 cash?

Granted he may have mental health issues but that makes him arguably more dangerous and less likely to appear and/or stay out of trouble.

  2. Pretty bad when one of there own wants to do them in ! Gravely has pissed people on both sides of the isle !! Socalist what will you think of next !!
New Moto for the Blue House book and Trans store. I just washed my brain and can’t do a thing with it .

  3. Well, that orange dye job goes nicely with the prison suit …

Now that Graveley is being threatened, do you think he’ll take this kind of thing more seriously?

  4. cool Kev made the decision to call this freak tranny man. could you imagine if bruce Jenner made fun of the self-proclaimed chosen folks locally known as bankster Jews? would he lose his wealth like the colored dude YE? USA looking at the falling empire just like I wrote in my great book, The Totalitarian Two-Step. Go St.Joes Tonight 7pm at Tremper. Support your local high school sports. Dennis Jantzen Yaxcaba, Mexico

  5. When you play with fire, you are going to get burned. It will be fitting when Graveley gets burned by his own fetish of aberrant fire.

  6. I hope Gravely takes notice now that he is the one being threatened. Sickos who threaten ANYONE should be taken seriously, and criminals convicted of violence need to be locked up for OUR protection. Deal with his psych problems in prison, not by using them as an excuse to walk among his potential victims.

  7. Who are the hell are all of you cave trolls coming out of your cheeto-dusted, hoarder-ass, piles-of-empty-fast-food-containers everywhere shitholes to bring your dated-ass transphobic commentary to public eye?

None of you idiots would say this shit in a crowd so how about you shut the fuck up now too?
