Terry Feest, 59 of Kenosha is no longer a wanted man. He turned himself in on his warrant for not appearing in court when he was supposed to on April 19, 2023. Feest then scheduled a voluntary appearance for today and retained Attorney Rene Mura to defend him.

Feest was camera-shy the entire hearing and covered his face from the photographer. The reason he was arrested might suggest why.

According to the criminal complaint:

A woman called 9-1-1 just after midnight on November 29, 2022. She told police that a man just threatened to kill her. The woman went outside to check on a man who was laying on the horn for several minutes. When she approached the vehicle he asked her if she “wanted to die.” The woman said “no” and the man said back, that she should go inside or he will kill her. The man then took off at a high rate of speed and hit a neighbor’s mailbox. The woman saw the man driving back towards her and some neighbors. Police began to search for the vehicle and some other neighbors outside pointed out Terry Feest’s house. The KPD officer felt the hood of the car and indicated it had recently been running. There was a small scratch on the passenger side mirror.

Officers then knocked on Feest’s door and yelled “POLICE.” Feest finally came to the door, armed with a handgun and exposed penis. Officers took cover behind the garage and ordered Feest to drop the weapon (gun). Eventually, Feest dropped the gun and showed his hands to police. He refused to come outside and shut the door. Kenosha Police Officers then were deciding on how to proceed. Feest then exited the home and surrendered. Feest denied driving the car in the last couple of hours, but a nearby ring doorbell contradicted this statement.

While enroute to the jail, Feest told a KPD officer “I fucking hate the police” and called the officer an “asshole” and “motherfucker.” Feest was photographed and fingerprinted. The officer escorted Feest back to his squad car to take him home. Feest told the officer “you obviously don’t know me.” The officer took that as a threat. Feest then smiled, shook his head, and laughed at the officer. Feest then gave the officer the “1000 yard stare” and appeared to want to fight him. His face appeared to have tightened up and his teeth were clenched. The officer ordered Feest into the car, but Feest stopped short, and said “have you ever met a real Navy Seal?” This was an apparent attempt to intimidate the officer.

The sole count against Feest is a misdemeanor. This isn’t his first DC arrest. Feest was accused of pushing a private investigator when he was being served civil papers on October 14, 2019. Feest was apparently upset because a local gumshoe used a ruse to get him to exit his house and accept service. According to the police report, a Pleasant Prairie Police Officer could detect the odor of intoxicants emitting from Mr. Feest’s breath. Upon viewing the body cam footage, Mr. Feest repeatedly refused to answer the officer’s inquiry as to if he pushed the P.I. The Kenosha DA’s office dismissed the charge as part of a plea deal.

According to court records, the state alleged that Mr. Feest has acted similarly to two other men who attempted to served him in the past. One was alleged to be hit by Feest. Also, it is alleged that Mr. Feest threatened a City of Kenosha weed and grass inspector with a baseball bat after being given a warning for tall grass and weeds. According to the inspector, he said “fuck off” and “if you come on my property I’ll beat the fuck out of you!”

After our initial report, Feest emailed this author calling him a “cunt” and issued other insults. He apparently read our report and knew his court date. His attorney today told the court that Feest was unaware of his court date which he missed. As Feest left court today, he couldn’t avoid “the eye.”

    1. She should have a clue…Terry owes people money all over Kenosha and beyond! Never intended to pay any of them back!

  1. God. The wicked witch of the west hasn’t been aging well. You’d think for all the money she makes she’d look better

  2. Renee, Renee?
What happened to the last girl named Renee, Terry. Our past never leaves us does it? Those ghosts remain very close.

  3. Terry musta been seeing stars when he saw another Renee.
Ironic, this one gonna take his money too!

No pussy for Terry the Walrus!!

  4. This man is consumed by demons. So many are today. satan is alive & well & roaming the earth to kill the spirit of man. satan hates God & he hates Us! he & his army of demons (fallen angels) are gaining strength because we, Gods creation, believe his lies. We allow him & them in by our actions & beliefs. By what we allow “in” through what we let our eyes see, ear hear, mouths to speak. We lower our defensives to fight them off by the “ungodly” we choose to associate with. I don’t know this mans story. but I do know the evidence of a demon possessed child of God. Without the wisdom to call out to Jesus to for forgiveness & healing of his spirit & his life, the demons will win another soul. We think we’re in a battle man against man for our lives & our country, when in fact its a spiritual battle playing out in the heavenlies (in the spirit world) for our very souls. satans strongest weapon is keeping man ignorant of his existence. We ignore him at our peril. Our ignorance increases his power. Pray for this man. He’s a pawn in the war of evil vs good.

  5. Why wasn’t this man charged appropriately from the getgo? Seems that there was a felonious threat with the ability to carry it out (answering door with gun in hand). Who’s to say he wasn’t armed when he threatened the young lady? What about leaving the scene of an accident (running over the mailbox resulting in damage to his vehicle and mailbox.). What about operating a vehicle causing an accident while intoxicated? What about obstructing the officer’s investigation by lying about having driven his car? What about his lewd and lascivious behavior by exposing his genitals to the police and any neighbor who was attentive to this police incident? What about his threats to the police officers? Seems this man has avoided police attention for a long, long time before this incident surfaced! We can’t have this repugnant evil driven individual roaming free because our DA refuses to charge him appropriately!

    1. Graveley, I know you’re reading these comments and even talking about it! Why are you not addressing these issues? Residents of Kenosha County need to understand what is behind your decision not to charge this guy appropriately! Kenosha County Lives Matter! Not to be confused with BLM! I suppose if Terry were black and BLM you would just call on your crony ADA from Walworth County to wash it all away!

  6. Not sure why all of the sudden he was refusing to show his face, considering he wasn’t shy with his private parts, when officers arrived!

    What a loser!!

  7. His “gun” is too small to be considered a weapon, hence no criminal charges.

He runs into the same luck with the ladies.

  8. Terry’s shirt looks kinda baggy on him.
Probably needs to shop in the kids section since he’s too freaking short for adult clothes.

  9. Holy, this dude was drunk as fuck at a downtown bar tonight, talking shit how he’s gonna walk on these charges and going to smash his attorney!

    11
  10. I doubt the Lovely Renee Mura is interested in this midget night time flasher.
I’m sure Terry is dropping all the Italian named in town with his fake as fuck Italian accent trying to impress her

  11. Bravo Kevin Mathewson!
Great pics and wonderful right up!
Hope we get continued pics/ updates on this serial fool!

  12. Would have been amusing to be there…surely every person in the court house has read these articles and comments.

    1. Maybe we should all start showing up at these appearances, especially Steinbrink.Jr’s….let’s not make it comfortable for these criminals! Hey Keven, can you post future appearances of Steinbrink Jr’s court dates please??????

      10
      1. I think showing up in numbers sends a clear message! We can’t have these dirtbags thinking they can run over our town!

  13. This whole incident is small taters for what’s in your future Terry! Keep those fond memories. Some things never go away or are limited by any statute of limitations.

  14. I feel sorry for the young lady who must have been so frightened by this man. Why didn’t our court charge him with threatening her? Just slapping people on the wrist doesn’t work and arguably makes matters so much worse!

      1. Odd you say that? Nothing will happen unless he kills a woman? Community members need to demand accountability from D. A. Graveley, why should citizens fear letting their kids go outside and playing in Feest’s neighborhood? You have got to be kidding!

  15. Hopefully he has cleaned up his shitty yard.

Wish this Toad would move out of our neighborhood.

I got kids …can’t even let them outside.

Is he drugged up or drunk today?

  16. Nothing has been posted on Kenosha County Eye for the past week and I miss reading the daily posts. Any word on when content will return? Keep up the good work, KCE.
