On April 25, 2021 at about 11:00 pm, three extremist protestors were arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, according to Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Markowski. The three were part of a larger group of people that were demanding Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Sheskey be fired, even after being cleared by police and prosecutors. The three were blocking access in or out of the public safety building. This building houses the Kenosha Police Department, Sheriff’s Department, records department, and the downtown jail. It is open 24 hours a day. The three arrested were extremist “pastor” Jonathan Barker (D), former Somers Trustee and County Board Supervisor Joe Cardinali (D), and Uncle of Jacob Blake – Justin Blake (D). The group was accompanied by failed Alderman candidate Tanya McLean (D) and BLM violence inciter Whitney Cabal (D), aka Billy Violent. Sgt. Pittsley of the Sheriff’s Department gave the disorderly bunch many warnings to move and allow access in and out of the building. He warned them that they would be arrested if they didn’t move. They didn’t. Here is the encounter on video:

Justin Blake (D) is the uncle of Jacob Blake, the man accused and convicted of assaulting his child’s mother. He was shot by Kenosha Police after reaching for a knife. He has recently been in front of the camera frequently.

According to Kenosha Sheriff’s Department reports, all three men were booked into the Kenosha County Jail pending state criminal charges of disorderly conduct. Justin Blake was booked into the jail as John Doe as he refused to provide corrections officers with his name, which is a violation of the law. He also refused to take off his belt and comply with other lawful commands. Since he wouldn’t remove his belt or clothes, the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department placed Blake in a restraint chair for his safety. The Kenosha DA, once wrote a letter of merit for Joe Cardinali to the then-county board chairman Daniel Esposito, who later caught a felony charge. He called the jail and ordered Blake to be released. The BLM sympathizer Kenosha DA recused himself from the prosecution of this case and handed it off to the Walworth County DA, Zeke Wiedenfeld (D). Wiedenfeld’s office seemingly “fixes” cases for DA Graveley. Wiedenfeld and his office have appeared to have”fixed” the following cases for Graveley:

Weidenfeld ended up not charging and of the four criminal charges that the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department requested. Instead, he gave all three men non-criminal civil citations. None of the three men went to court and all were fined and found guilty by default. Activist attorney Kimberly Motley found about about this and offered to help Blake, for free.

Motley filed a civil rights lawsuit against then-Sheriff David Beth and a handful of other people for what Motley called an illegal arrest, torture, and severe pain.

She also appealed his guilty verdict and has asked for a jury trial. Now-retired Court Commissioner Geoff Dowse (D) granted Motley’s request to reopen the case. Motley is being sued in a federal lawsuit that alleges she committed conspiracy, tortious interference with parental rights, assault, fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment. This suit is brought by an Afghan couple that accused Motley of helping a U.S. Marine abduct their infant relative.

On February 3, 2022, Blake was jailed and later fined for refusing to abide by lawful orders from U.S. Marshalls at the Chicago Federal Courthouse

This matter was set for trial in front of Judge Gerad Dougvillo. Blake and Motley were scheduled to appear on July 20, 2023 for a jury status hearing. Neither Blake nor Motley appeared. The judge should have again, found Blake in default. He didn’t. Instead, Weidenfeld’s Deputy District Attorney, James Sempf told the court “off the record” and in secret about a plea deal. Apparently, this deal is apparently linked to Blake’s federal lawsuit.

We reached out to prosecutors Weidenfeld and Semp many times and they wish to keep this secret plea deal a secret. Unfortunately for these men, secret plea deals aren’t allowed in the Wisconsin Criminal Justice System.

KENOSHA, Wis. – Brittany R. Mika, 31, has a criminal history that reads like a courtroom merry-go-round—except there’s nothing amusing about the danger she poses or the disgraceful leniency she has received under the former Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley. 1. Apparently the biggest Secret in Walworth County not seen by Conservatives there, is that Zeke Wiedenfeld is a sell out, an actual Democrat colluding with fellow Democrat and BLM sympathizer DA Graveley.

    12
    1. ohh its seen, but the county party likes to take it orders from the Vos phallus suckers and keep supporting these weak ass rhinos.

  2. There all sellouts to BLM … More Black pandering liberal Aholes .The 13% take up 91% of court cases and prison .

  3. That DA should not be allowed to do this! Talk about making the law fit your own narrative! Keep pounding that square peg into the round hole–eventually, everything looks the same

    1. And you’d all be crying if it was in Racine, or in Milwaukee, or in Vernon or in Hudson or in any other county if the prosecutor didn’t do what you want…they are automatically a BLM sympathizer or a democrat…but that’s not REAL. You’re anger is because you are afraid of losing this supposed superiority that you think you are owed by some divine aspect.

Cases are plead out all the time. And to be clear, this whole “secret plea deal” that Kevin mentions, is legal. See, there is no ACTUAL deal until it is presented to the Judge in open court…then it becomes public. Prosecutors are allowed to work in silence, until they are in court. Just because you want to see different results doesn’t mean the work is illegal or even wrong. It just isn’t what you want and that is all of your problems…

      1
      1
      1. They were arrested at the Joint Services building. There is no jail at the Joint Services building. There is a jail across the street.

          1. I’ve learned not to argue with idiots. I’ve been in that jail a hundred times meeting with clients and you go in through the public safety building and you go up to the second floor in the jail is right there. Unless I have dementia, I am correct and he is incorrect

          2. Or HOW ABOUT THIS CONCEPT…you are both TECHNICALLY correct. Did you realize you both could be correct? The actual Kenosha County Jail downtown is located within the public safety building and ALSO across the street in the building housing the intake jail and the sallyport. If you’ve never really been in the jail you don’t know much about the jail.

  4. What happened to equal justice for all? Having DA pick who they want to help or who they want to go to prison!

    1. You completely lost what little credibility that had when you labeled the attack on the Dancing Grannies as a false flag. You need to pick a different name or just crawl under a rock and stop posting. You are a full blown clown.

  5. “Justin Blake was booked into the jail as John Doe as he refused to provide corrections officers with his name, which is a violation of the law.”

What happened to the right to remain silent?

    1
    3
  6. “25. On April 25, 2021, Justin Blake was silently peacefully protesting the
shooting of his nephew, Jacob Blake in the City of Kenosha.”

What does “silently peacefully protesting” mean?

    1. Kevin…you are the actual reporter…answer it. It’s YOUR article. If you don’t know shut up.

Peacefully Protesting means they were sitting in front of the doors to the public safety building. It was fairly quiet, some music and chatting and they did march around the block a time or two before SITTING. Watch the vidoes that the blog writer posted before. You will see they are sitting there. They do disobey a lawful command which is what led to their arrest. But TO BE CLEAR, they were PEACEFULLY PROTESTING…

  7. Did I just read an article where someone suggested that a judge should have defaulted someone in a criminal case? Who writes this trash?

    1. You didn’t read carefully. It was a citation, which is not criminal. 99 times out of 100 if you don’t trip to court you get a default judgment. That’s what happened here, but a judge allowed him to reopen it
