Kenosha Woman Charged For Drug Possession, Driving Drunk And High With Three Kids In Car

A Kenosha woman made her first appearance in court last Thursday where she was charged with OWI having minor passengers and possession of THC. Raziya A. Gibson, 18, of Kenosha was driving while drunk and under the influence of marijuana when she was pulled over on August 19, 2023. According to the criminal complaint:

A Kenosha Police Officer reported that on August 19, 2023 at 12:00 a.m.. she was on third shift patrol when she observed a white SUV operating eastbound on State Highway 158 in the 4700 block. The rear passenger was handing out the window screaming. After observing this vehicle, Officer Riser began operating eastbound to catch up to it. The vehicle was also traveling at a high rate of speed and weaving around vehicles that were also on the road. Officer Riser activated her emergency lights and caught up to the vehicle to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle did not pull over right away, but eventually stopped. The vehicle was occupied by another adult and three children.

The Officer smelled marijuana and suspected Gibson was also under the influence. The officer also found two open bottles of alcohol in the car. There was also a cup in the vehicle that smelled of intoxicants. Gibson told the officer that she was “lit.” Gibson admitted to drinking and smoking marijuana. about four grams of marijuana was found in the center console.

Gibson agreed to perform field sobriety tests and failed them. She was taken into custody. She consented to a blood draw and the results were not yet available at the time of the charge.

Kenosha Career Criminal And Violent Felon Sharmain Harris

Gibson is the daughter of career violent felon Sharmain Harris. Harris is upset that the county of Kenosha recently stopped paying him hundreds of thousands of dollars to teach men how to be good Dads.

Sharmain’s father is currently out on bail for repeated sexual assault of a child. We contacted Harris for comment, but he did not respond.
