Liberal activist Joel Trudell (43), of Kenosha, was in court today for his final pretrial hearing. His attorney, who is also a liberal activist, asked for a jury trial date today in court. Sulton, who is also the president of the Wisconsin ACLU Board of Directors, unsuccessfully tried to get the charges dismissed calling Trudell’s actions constitutionally protected.

Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Anthony Milisauskas will preside over the trial. Milisauskas has been a Kenosha County Judge for the last 18 years. Zeke Wiedenfeld, the Walworth DA, is prosecuting the case. He is not known as a good trial attorney, he lost his last Kenosha case.

Trudell faces one year behind bars minus any time for good behavior. On June 21, 2022, The Kenosha County Democratic Party, led by failed senate candidate Lori Hawkins (D) and Jodi Meurhoff (D) rallied democrats from all over the county to oppose a measure that ended a decade-long prohibition against concealed carry in certain county buildings. Trudell is frequently called a “troll” and is commonly seen at board meetings acting “off.” Trudell is married to Kenosha Attorney Kate Trudell of Johnson Bank, who is also a local liberal activist. Trudell was visibly mocking speakers that spoke in favor of the removal of the “no guns signs” at certain county buildings. He was admonished and warned several times during the first 10 or so speakers.

Chairman Nudo at first was very patient with Trudell, telling him to be respectful of other taxpayers. Eventually it was Trudell’s turn to speak. He went off topic and started verbally attacking members of the board by name, questioning why they accepted campaign contributions, which is normal in elections. Trudell started to get uncivil and disorderly, raising his voice and shouting. He then verbally attacked a resident who passed him while getting in line to speak. He received another warning from Nudo. “I’ll get to you next Nudo!” Trudell shouted. After ignoring the Chairman’s repeated warnings, Nudo ordered Trudell to be removed from the podium. Two Kenosha Deputies politely asked Trudell to back away from the podium. Instead, Trudell refused verbally and clutched the podium saying “I’m not leaving. I am speaking!” Deputies repeatedly gave Trudell verbal commands that he ignored. The struggle ended up on the ground and Trudell continued to fight with the deputies.

Trudell was finally cuffed and booked into the Kenosha County Jail at 8:45pm on June 21, 2022 and spent about 12 hours in jail before being bailed out. Many people commented on his and cheered him on for fighting with law enforcement. Kenosha DA Mike Graveley recused himself and asked the Wiedenfeld to handle the case and it took months to charge him.

  1. Is this the same nutjob who routinely and falsely states, as a matter of fact – not opinion – that a court ruled that you, Kevin, are a white supremacist and racist? Because last I checked, that’s libel…

    1. Yes, he obsessively posts it all over FB every chance he gets. The majority of time it has ZERO to do with the topic.

  2. I always get a good laugh when I see these roly-poly strugglers try to fight and finally hit the ground like a sack of wet cement.

  3. If you’re ever bored, look at this nutjob’s Twitter account.

He has a pinned Tweet demanding that John Antaramian fire the officer that shot Jacob Blake. The Kenosha Mayor has no authority on the subject. Trudell is so stupid that he doesn’t even know the basics of government.

  4. I am always amazed that they come to court all spiffy.
As a juror, I think I would insist on seeing images in my hand of the vision on the day of the crime!

  5. Just to clarify, his wife is not an attorney for Johnson Bank. She is a “wealth manager.” I don’t think that anything in her current position involves the practice of law, nor does it require a law degree. She does have a law license, but if you actually look at her credentials, she’s not done much in the way of true legal practice, at least not for a very long time.

  6. Love Love Love this video.

It perfectly depicts why most people with any sense of reason would get the fuck out of Kenosha, which in my opinion has become an angry liberal cesspool.

Why would any company want to come to Kenosha ?

Give it a few more years and watch your home values turn to shit.

Keep hope alive, black BM’s matter and YES WE CAN baby !!

  7. Time to move out west to Wyoming, Montana, or Idaho……..fuck Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin. Only a matter of time before the entire region is overrun with protesters and rioters. This part of the country is like a powder keg waiting to explode. Every television commercial and program flagrantly depicts hatred and contempt for the white christian male. Do these fuckers think we are that complacent and ignorant ? We can easily hollow out the region quickly and move north into the countryside. We have the intellect, resources and ability to create our own schools, businesses, private police force, governance and private armies if necessary. Fuck these brainwashed nation wreckers. Let them all fight each other in the cities we abandon. The devils that made fortunes off the poor and disenfranchised will no doubt be the first ones the protesters go after…..Good Luck 🙂

  9. Ug! Trudell looks like the poster blob for what happens to you if you guzzle soy, pigs feet, drugs, sizzurp, expired cans of Spam and gallons of “BUD LIGHT IN THE LOAFERS” swill.
I can almost smell the exploding rump-rash causes by his sweat, dirty clothes and skidmarked panties.
Is the wife a “facial hair” for Joel?
    You know… wink wink..
I worked at a place where the SHIRTS & BLOUSES married each other to get benefits, look “married” to family members but in reality each played strictly with their own “team.”
Perhaps Trolldell is filled with rage because he lives with a “facial hair?”
Or is his rage funded by the left?
Would anyone in their “right mind” want Mrs. “Trolldell” Trudell looking at their private Johnson bank accounts????
I’d yank my money faster than you can say, “VOTE RED or America is dead!”
    Who’d name a bank after a man’s dangler? Lol…
A person crazy enough to ramp up from being a disrespectful porker to a cop wrestling goonrilla, needs to get one year in jail. The maximum!
Plus anger management and 500 hour’s doing community service in a morgue. Ongoing home checks (if he has any spawn,) big fat fines (to put into a victim’s fund) and ordered to write to each of his target’s, apology letters that he has to read out loud in court!
I’m saddened to see the prosecutor is a wimp.
Without great attorneys, the guilty go free and the innocent get locked away!
    ☆Allegedly, IMO.
Can anyone tell me when the Joel “Trolldell” cuckoo clocks are going on sale?? ????? jk
